Ashley Carpenter, originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming, relocated to Bossier City when her husband was reassigned to Barksdale AFB. Though not a local, she is well known locally as the owner of Beautiful Bowtique, a children’s consignment boutique in the Heart of Bossier Shopping Center.  Ashley’s skills in networking, marketing, and management were developed in her highly successful Beautiful Bowtique.
