We at Old McDonald's Daycare have a core belief that growth is a sequential and orderly process, and each child has a personal pace and unique way of developing as a whole person. It is the role of the teacher to build on physical, emotional, social, and cognitive areas by creating a rich environment and encouraging children to play. Creative problem solving is addressed through challenging activities.

Our primary focus is on the child, but through their family. Families are our foundation and starting point for developing services and program content. We believe that only through partnership with the family can the goals for our children be realized. We work to develop a strong, trusting relationship between the family and our program.
