Q “What is your hourly rate?”

A – We don’t use an hourly rate in most cases. we have a straight forward pricing guide that allows us to provide you with a price for a completed job. this will be provided once we are able to assess your needs. the service fee that is charged simply covers the cost of getting a highly trained plumbing technician to your home or office.

Q “What about a warranty?”

A – Most of the jobs we perform qualify for our one year no questions asked warranty. we respond to any warranty request in a prompt and professional manner. not all jobs qualify for this warranty.
